General Purpose

Due to expansion we are looking to expand our fabulous team and are on the lookout for an amazing Front of House Superstar to join us! This is a vital role in the Clinic as we pride ourselves on ensuring that each & every one of our extremely valued clients enjoys an amazing experience so we are looking for the perfect person to complement our Team.  You will be warm, friendly and passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times to our patients and the team of aestheticians and medical practitioners.  We are looking for someone dynamic and confident who can seamlessly multi task calls, emails & deliveries alongside managing a busy front of house reception with ease without compromising on providing excellence in customer service.   You will take pride in your work, have a willingness to learn and a knock out, bubbly personality.

We are Interested in hearing from applicants with the following skills & experience:

• Previous experience in a 5 Star Customer Service role in a medical, aesthetics or dental clinic would be advantageous. Hotel / beauty counter / spa / leisure sector will also be considered

• Ability to quickly learn our Clinic’s CRM Patient systems, services and products

• Efficient, proactive, organised, capable to multitask and use own initiative

• Have the ability to listen and respond to demanding client needs

• Excellent communication skills

• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of client service

• Flexible Team player with a positive, “Yes I can” attitude

• Have impeccable presence and be naturally bubbly

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to all our patients. Working as a Front of House Superstar and offering a warm welcome, you will help maximise revenue through providing a first class patient experience – establishing rapport with our clients to ensure they return again and again. You will embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments and provide a personal experience our clients will want to share.

  • Meet & greet patients for consultations / treatments – ensuring they are dealt with in a professional manner
  • Register clients according to established protocols.
  • Assist clients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
  • Ensure clients information including billing information is accurate – safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Maintain and manage clients records – ensuring all patient data, medical records, marketing opt in, invoices & photographs are updated accurately onto eClinic
  • Move clients seamlessly through appointments as scheduled
  • Become a Product superstar – highlighting the benefits of products to clients while being mindful of products which require expert Medical advice
  • Respond to enquiries by phone, email & social media channels – ensuring the Enquiry Tracker is accurately updated daily
  • Manage new bookings as well as rescheduling or cancelling existing ones
  • Take payments for treatments & products
  • Assist the Multi Site Clinic Manager with product & stock control
  • Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean at all times
  • Assist with clinical room equipment setup before and after aesthetic treatments as required
  • Tidy and close clinic at end of shift.
  • Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

Hours of Work

Shift Work – Hours will Vary. This will be discussed at interview.

Monday – Friday & x2 Saturdays Per Month (10am-2pm)
